80 apartment retirement home
in Vaucluse, Sydney

This project involved the development of an exclusive 80 apartment building in prestigious
Vaucluse, located on the harbour in Sydney.
Local residents and council support was central to the success of the project. Advanced 3D
Modelling placed an exact model of the proposed development into surveyor certified
photographs, providing developers and council with an accurate impression of the development.

With timelines and budget tight, Advanced 3D Modelling was able to quickly and inexpensively add shadow diagrams and solar access plans
to support the council application.

Augmenting the town planning application
was a photo-realistic self-navigating tour
of the approaches to the new development.
This allows all of the stakeholders to appreciate
the various aspects of the development
without any need for reading or visualising complex plans.
