Home extension in Camberwell

An extensive addition to a period home was planned, and construction was ready to begin.
Needing to visualise significant internal features, the owners used Advanced 3D Modelling’s
unique tumbling model to examine the options
for the prominent staircase and how it would
appear from the entrance.

Being able to clearly see how this feature worked, the owners could make changes and
finalise the details of the staircase.

Because Advanced 3D Modelling's process is so complete and accurate, it was incidentally
discovered that a feature window was too tall, and thus would not fit correctly.

Pre-emptive action was taken to inform the appropriate contractors and make adjustments to accommodate the difference in size, avoiding costly re-work.
